  • Excellent Condition

    I needed this book for a college course and I really do like it. It is very informative in the first 7 chapters or so... the rest is all kind of random things that don't really pertain to me. Yes they affect health but really I don't need to know about the STDs and CVD I learned all that in my high school health class... Otherwise it is an overall good book if you're looking for information on exercise and daily recommendations and an overview (it doesn't go in depth) on diet and nutrition. It is very colorful and easy to read with plenty of pictures, diagrams, and charts. I also gives examples of exercises to try with descriptions, pictures, and what not to do. I am really learning a lot about how I exercise and how I SHOULD exercise!
