I received a decanter from this seller and the item was advertised as good condition " however when I received it, it was full of marks, limescale and very cloudy ' I contacted the seller before I bought the decanter to ask directly if it was genuinely what I was looking for, and that would of been the time to speak of the full condition of the item considering it wasn't mentioned in the advertised sale..be careful of this seller.

I'm sincerely sorry the decanter you received was not in the advertised condition, and the cloudiness inside was not mentioned in the listing, I assumed you were asking if this was truly lead crystal and this was a important feature for you, and I said it was. I apologise that the full condition wasn't communicated clearly enough. I am happy for you to return the decanter for a full refund, I would be happy to try to clean and restore to a more presentable condition. as its still a lovely piece
