Was sent 18mm watch band pack marked as 18mm
Seller does not have 19mm watch band rather I was told that the 18mm is a ‘manual measurement’ so please understand!?
I’m not making this up so if you ‘manually measure’ 18mm it’s actually 19mm
Great communication but seller will only refund if I post back at my cost
EBay refund has timed out because I was hospitalised OS

Wrong colour sent, got navy blue instead, had to prove this by sending pics.. fair. Got a partial refund because the colour I wanted was not in stock as advertised. They said they’d have to order it in if I wanted that specific colour. I now have something I won’t use, but that’s ok! I got it half price lol.
