Still waiting for delivery. Australia Post claims it's delayed. I made enquiry by phone.. was told they would make an urgent check to make sure it isn't lost. Did not hear back from them, so I have to wait 5 business days before they begin their process to see what actually happened to it. In other words, there is no internal process available to know the item's real status for that long. I've been told it could be as much as 10 business days before they know for sure. Sounds 19th Centuy to me.
