Der Router wurde als "optisch mit leichten bis mittleren Gebrauchsspuren." Angekommen war ein komplett zerkratzter Router mit starken bis Sehr starken Gebrauchsspuren, ein möglicher Weiterverkauf in dem Zustand absolut unmöglich. Bei dem vernachlässigten Gehäuse auch fraglich ob und wie lange noch funktionstüchtig. Leider sehr enttäuscht, Zeitaufwand und Versandkosten zurück mussten nach Rücktritt aufgrund von erheblichen Mängel selbst getragen werden. Kontakt jedoch schnell.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Seriöser Händler, den ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Problemlose Rückabwicklung, da das gebrauchte Gerät altersbedingt leider nicht mehr kompatibel war bzw. die hier benötigte Funktion auch als Firmware-Update von AVM nicht zur Verfügung stand. Ansonsten war die Fritzbox wie beschrieben in einem sehr guten Zustand und für ihren eigentlichen Zweck technisch einwandfrei. Auch war der Versand mit nur einem Tag Laufzeit sehr zügig. Die Box kam schnell an. Hatten kaum Probleme mit der Installation, nur Festnetz bekomme ich nicht hin. Die Box sieht gut abgenutzt aus, wird auch als B-Ware verkauft. Ich hoffe, daß ich jetzt durch diese Box eine bessere und schnellere Internetverbindung habe. Auch der Kontakt war sehr nett und gute Aufklärung.
