Seller notified me before sending the item that a small but important part was missing, which he had not realised before putting the item up for sale, and offered me a full refund if due to the absent part l no longer wanted the item. I requested the refund offer and was refunded promptly. Even though l was disappointed, l appreciated the Sellers honesty in advising me of the discrepancy, avoiding an even more upsetting unsatisfactory sale, thank you for the advice and prompt refund.

Not happy. Item was listed for $49.00 plus $9.55 postage. I offered $40.00, which was accepted. I paid a total of $49.55 including postage. When I collected the item from the post office I was required to pay an additional $10.05 as the item had been placed in a standard DL envelope with two 60 cent concessional stamps only and sent as a letter. Item was placed in the envelope with no wrapping for protection. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
