I contacted the seller and he was cooperative and quick in dealing with the issue. It was sorted within a couple of hours. He agreed to refund a proportion of the original price. The figure was suggested by me and agreed by the seller. The seller is therefore to be commended on the manner in which he sorted my issue with the product.
