It's definitely used, as the battery health is down to 88% with 484 cycles and the back cover has few minor scratches. So the item condition "Opened – never used" is incorrect. It came with Windows 10 pre-installed which I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 which was not a problem. Also it came with i5-8250u and not i5-8350u as mentioned in the listing. But overall a good condition used product for my missus, though I feel I paid more than what it is.
