Shipped quick, packaged well, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that this the mini bus was slightly broken, I wish the seller had mentioned that in the description. AND I did not look at ALL the photos provided, so that is on me. The little people in this set were GREAT!

Arrived very quickly and safely, well packaged and shipping was quite reasonable. It is made of earthenware not porcelain and both are earthenware and porcelain are ceramic. It was not made in Czechoslovakia it states on the bottom it was made in Germany. You said it had a chip but you neither showed it or mentioned where it was. Frankly, I couldn't fine one. I suggest you loose the AI descriptions and just state the facts including the size.
