The item arrived dirty and with scuff marks on it that I could not remove. I did message the buyer who told me to try to wipe them off and if that didn’t work, to cut the item in half and send proof so they could refund me.
I feel as if that is really wasteful. I was happy to return it or just get a partial refund for it but not going to waste an item that still works.
I did contact the seller saying this but they still would not help without me cutting the case.

Case broke as soon as I opened it!
Camera cover fell off and would not go back on as the clips broke, the felt on the back of the case fell off immediately, the lanyard clips broke off!
I contacted the seller asking for a refund, he told me to cut it in half beforehand! Then tells me he can’t give me a refund because he’s not the boss!!!
Completely useless, do not buy! Horrible customer service and horrible quality !
