Box arrived smashed/torn with nothing wrapped around action figure to protect it whatsoever; NOTHING! Cape has what appears to be dog hair attached to it. Two pin size holes are on the cape toward its top that are not mentioned in the description. I was issued a partial refund for this, but there's no excuse for incompetence. This seller needs to provide and learn some shipping education best practices here. Passing the buck to employees isn't cool. Train your folks better.
