Item received was worse than listing photos. Seller was hostile and defensive when informed about item received. Low cost offer accepted and appreciated but the high shipping cost for a tiny and extremely dirty item is and was not okay. Definitely cannot recommend seller from the unpleasant shopping experience I had to go through. If this was me I would probably react the same but then again I keep everything I have new and clean in case I have someone to gift my things to. If dirty I won’t sell

This buyer made an offer for half of what the item was listed for. I accepted the offer hoping the item would find a good home. When the buyer received the item, they were unhappy that the item was used, as described in the listing. I offered to refund the full amount of what they offered for the item, however they decided to escalate to a case. In the end, eBay ruled in my favor, stating that I was not at fault, as the item was as described and shown in the pictures.

The item was exactly as the seller described with no defects or attributes that were different from what was shown and explained in the description and pictures. As well the item was shipped in a timely manner and I am very pleased with what I received.
