Efficient processing and shipping. This jacket was supposed to be M size and was shipped as a L. Fortunately, it was shipped with brown one that was supposed to be L size and was shipped as a M, so we swapped colours. Human errors happen but another customer might not have found themselves in the same position where they could and not mind a trade, having a preferred colour. The jacket is of good quality and very comfortable to wear.
