This seller did not take any precautions when packing item. Packed a figurine loose in its box, and that box was loose in the shipping box (see pictures). With the item free to move around during shipment, item arrived damaged.
Buyer gets neutral rating because they promptly refunded the purchase price with item return but ruined a great collectible piece by careless packing.
