They had good communication up to the time I ordered, then when I contacted them about my dissatisfaction they have yet to respond. Also the uniform jacket is not based on an accurate pattern for this style of coat. The condition is very much new and very well made. Definitely. Taking time and treat the customers right. I especially appreciated it when they contacted me about questions. And the value of the price of the item is definitely appearance add weather for quality. The only bad thing is buttons break easily. Got the button caught once and broke button. made it very hard to replace buttons
