So ebay ordered me x2 of my x5 disc order i only wanted 5 x disc for £10.92. So i messaged seller straight away to be ignored till next day when ordered had been picked packaged and diapatched with tracking number!! then they reply what can we help u with!!!! lmao very poor customer service to say the least. I could of bought 10x disc for £17.95. Now £22 and 1 lot of postage cost to urself : ( Enjoy ur penny's you won't get any more from me eva.

Customer placed two orders in error. We dispatched the orders same day with tracking information. Customer messaged the next day asking to cancel one of the orders. However, because they had already been shipped and collected by Royal Mail cancellation was not possible. Both orders track as delivered safely. We offered a free returns label but no response from customer. We were fair and helpful, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback after we fulfilled your order correctly.

    Excellent drill press

    Drill press arrived very fast and I assembled it with no problems. It's heavy, sturdy and simple to use. The on/off button is in a very handy place at the front and love the emergency stop action. Everything is easily adjusted and it's great at drilling through annealed steel for what I need it for. The holes are straight and level which is perfect.

    Great value hobby drill

    Great for the price. Does the job really well and is compact and not too noisy. Ideally suited to the hobby user. Be wary only if you are thinking of using as a simple mill. That it is not good at as there is only a course Z axis adjust of the quill, and a crude means to lock it. But as a drill it is excelent value, I recomend it.

    Great wee drill

    Great wee drill does what I need it to do, it has its limitations but at this price can’t go wrong it runs smoothly it’s quite and powerful enough for all the DIY / hobby jobs maybe even a bit heavier jobs as well I would recommend this drill

    Happy with this

    This machine has a solid base and strong machined cast table. The motor is quiet. Initially noisy caused by over -tight pulley belt and cover. Loosened pulley belt and eliminated rattle from cover by putting masking tape around the lip - I'll get around to replacing tape with foam rubber strip. The cover catch is over-fussy; Opening and closing requires a screwdriver instead of simple spring clip catch - and it rattles unless fully tightened. Drilling is accurate. The chuck needs a fair amount of pressure locate securely (I pressed in the chuck against a piece of softwood). So far so good - no complaints.
