DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Il Cliente può per queste inserzioni, esercitare il diritto di recesso entro e non oltre 30 giorni dalla data di ricevimento dei beni acquistati, ai sensi e per gli effetti degli art. 64 e ss. 5. QUANDO UN DIRITTO DI RECESSO DECADE?

- se l’articolo è stato utilizzato, o presenta evidenti segni di usura

- se la confezione originale non è integra ( mancanza o danneggiamento di cartellini, etichette, sigilli, scatole, buste e confezioni originali )

- assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto ( viteria, accessori, ecc )

- Per tutti gli articoli acquistati su richiesta del cliente , quindi al momento dell’acquisto non disponibili, con dicitura “ SU ORDINAZIONE “

Attenzione, nei casi appena elencati il diritto di recesso decade, e l’articolo non potrà essere reso.
