Package was scheduled to arrive 3/14, it is now 3/28. No package has been delivered so I contacted UPS they told me that the seller needed to contact them - I let the seller know this and the sellers response was "UPS told them to tell me to be more patient" I waited another 8 days and contacted seller and they told me " contact UPS" . I still have nothing and they got my $26 plus dollars.. terrible service care. My fish are bummed as well.

Paid for a 50 gallon tank the company said they were no longer available he offered a 30 gallon tank that cost more I told the company I wanted a 50 gallon tank so I wouldn’t do a refund they agreed to send a 50 gallon I got a 30 gallon nice tank but an agreement is a agreement it would be too much of a hassle to send it back and the company knows that it weighs 280 pounds this is unfair and not good business and that have not responded to my message
