Great service, nice design, but inferior product. Wing nuts for circular adjustment joints were too long and could not be screwed in enough to tighten the joints. We fixed this problem by adding a washer to the outside of the two joints on the lamp. (We bought two lamps and each needed two washers.) The bulbs that came with the lamps were not as advertised. They were supposed to be LED bulbs, but were 13W compact fluorescent bulbs, which contain mercury.
