    The item arrived on time, as described. It shipped the same day, just as promised. A minor note: Tracking wasn't provided until the day of delivery! That left me thinking it hadn't shipped. Overall, this was truly a 5-star experience for the product quality and shipping speed. But probably a 3 star for communication.

    You Know You Want One ... be glad you did!

    So much better than having three stand alone guitar stands in the room ... centralized now so much safer as well ... for the guitars and for people moving around the studio. Well constructed with a solid feel. Using it for two 6 string electrics and a 4 string bass ... no problem with the length difference although the guitars do not rest against the bottom cushioned bar but it's not a problem. Highly recommend this stand for anyone thinking about getting one ... I'm super happy with mine and I'm pretty sure you're gonna love yours! Cheers!!

    Trusty stand

    I used an inferior stand for a decade and have had some nice guitars knocked over and dented or chipped. I am readying myself and my instruments for a stage gig where I will be playing acoustic, electric and mandolin. I received this stand and am confident it will keep my axes in a safe and steady space. I especially like the flanges that allow a smaller necked instrument to sit securely.

    No replacement parts

    I had to rebuy this product again after 3 years of use. My original one needed 2 springs and clips to reattach holders. Hercules informed me they carry NO REPLACEMENT PARTS. I find that ridiculous. So I had to spend more money on a new one. No guarantee that this one won't do the same.

    These stands are the best!

    Honestly for using multiple guitars frequently while playing at churches or at events. This thing works every time. It works well having Acoustic, Electric and Bass on the tree at the same time. 10/10
