Although the ukulele was damaged by the shipper, the seller was great to deal with and rectified the problem quickly and efficiently. Apart from the shipping damage, it was a very well made product. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I received good service from the seller. They enquired as to whether the product was fixable, and if so, they would compensate me for the repair. As this was not possible, they advised me that if I preferred, they would send me a replacement at no charge. I was not prepared to wait the 5 weeks for the new shipment to arrive. They responded immediatley by processing a full refund to my credit card account. Good service. The ukelele was well built. Too bad the shipping company damaged it.
