Fast service but third party carrier miss-shipped package out of USA for an unknown reason. Things got done and it returned in time to make delivery. Item was as described despite the overseas trip.. All 6 batteries charged properly with the smart charger included with the set. My recommendation to seller is to avoid Pitney Bowes services. Otherwise seller provided good service and support where they had effect. Thank you Qjwaroom!
