    worth paying more for this. Stunning Album.

    The original album on vinyl really sparkled. I bought it on CD as soon as it became available and was disappointed with the sound quality. It sounded flat. Their is nothing at all flat about this remaster. You can hear instruments that were "hidden" before. It is well worth the extra dollars. This is a brilliant album in its full clarity.

    SHM CD

    Just exploring this "improved" CD medium, so far it has been very good (and quite expensive). If in doubt about SHM CD qualities, find your favourite album in this format and try it for yourself. Oh yes, The Nightfly is a masterpiece. SHM CD merely confirms it.

    The. Best Sounding Issue Of This Classic Title!

    This SHM release is a DSD remastering from the original Analog Tapes! I have several copies of this title including the Recently released Mobile Fidelity UltraGain One Step Hand Numbered limited to 6,000 copies pressing and this Japanese mini lp cd blows them all away in sound quality! It’s the best sounding copy of this classic I own and I own many different formats! This remaster sounds incredible and I love the way it duplicates the original Japanese Vinyl issue! You can hear instruments and sounds that I’ve never noticed in any other issue. Worth every dollar for the sound quality of this classic album!
