I have been using another neck-band headset for over 2 years. It finally broke, so I got the LG HBS-XL7. The difference in music quality is night and day. The LG is even better than some wired ear-bud style headsets (without external DAC) I had before. I am not sure if the built-in DAC in the LG makes that difference because you can't turn it off to compare. Nevertheless I started smiling the moment I tested it on my favorite songs. The earbuds are not as comfortable as my other headsets. But the LG does come with 3 sizes. It is really difficult to remove the plastic tips. But eventually I managed to put medium on the left and large on the right. And everything sits right and sounds right. Overall the build quality is great. I paired the headset with both my computer and phone with no issue. I use it for conferencing with my co-workers on the daily basis. They can hear me loud and clear. I can't really ask for more of this headset - except for it to last even longer than my old headset.Read full review

I really enjoy the flex. Is very comfortable and people hear me very clear. The ANC is good not great. You can still somewhat hear the outside it doesn’t completely block it; however, the sound is great and the value is really good when you consider the battery life and cost compared to other high end products.
