    The seller marked this item as a large letter it wasn’t. It was a small parcel. It took 17 days to get to me. The seller was very economical in her explanation. The item also wasn’t sent tracked. I find it very difficult to believe that this item got through at the post office as a large letter. I will be writing to Ebay about the whole matter. This kind of situation puts people like myself off from buying clothes on eBay, from individual sellers. The included photos here, show the size!

    Buyer is most unreasonable I have come across in the 12 years I have been a seller on eBay. Item listed to be sent by 2nd Class Post not tracked and it was accepted by Post office as Big Letter rate. Informed Buyer of dispatch with proof of postage, and Buyer complains of non receipt 7 days later, miraculously the item turns up by post delivery 16 days later. Seemingly the buyer looking for any reasons to seek compensation of any sort, so best to avoid this buyer in future.
