Seller claimed device needed to be checked again… seller clearly didn’t assess device in the first place, yet seller claimed device was subject to 72 point diagnostics… Why wasn’t fault found (pins missing from lightning port) during diagnostics?

I have been purchasing from you a long time, never have I been disappointed until this purchase. Paid for excellent condition I received a device worthy of being called second hand or pre owned. Water marks everywhere on back of case, scratch marks as well. Offered me $20 partial refund...an insult. Sadly will not be doing business with you guys again. I'm unsure why this has happened, but somtimes it's plain courtesy to deal with loyal customers a better way than offering $20.
