Upon notifying the seller, within 10 minutes he responded to tell me’ don’t worry I will happy replace or refund it’ to me that’s customer service with a capital C. Now this conversation took place LAST NIGHT, I requested he for a new one, and without hesitation the seller said yes ok. TODAY I recieved my replacement 👏

While frustrating, I accept we all make errors in judgement, and pleased their customer service puts customers first.
