Repurposed, but does the job a treat!
I needed a heat source for a brass wood brand - used to burn a logo into my furniture builds. The Chinese unit that came with the brand was not good quality and the 80W iron I tried initially worked but took too long to leave an imprint as it never quite got hot enough. The Toledo 100W iron solved all my problems - I cut the tip off the solid copper bit, drilled and tapped a hole to attach the brand and everything works a treat.
