I lightly torqued the mounting bolts, as I read that too much torque distorts plastic preventing an airtight seal. But, it initially did not prime, then I read the torque should be 3.5 ft-lbs. So I approximated that torque (more than initial torque I used), and it now primes and starts on first pull! Success!
