He made blueprints out, then put the wrong information on and mixed numbers up and never decided to send the right ones out. He sent the old copy back out the second time and then when I message him about the mess up, he never bother send me another copy of the original blueprint says post be mark, right Buyers beware

i talked to this buyer on phone few days before this negative feedback, let him know i was away and it would be a few days.. he got his updated plans plus i updated somethings he mis-informed me about that the building dept wanted. i sent his updated plans with tracking and he recieved them
