The item is literally brand new. I can only tell they opened it (probably to test it) because the headset wire didn’t have the tie around it, although every other wire did and they were all untouched. My box personally wasn’t damaged at all. I bought this to upgrade my white a40s and I’m glad I did! I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Although I received an empty box with no headphones , the above and beyond service of this seller is INCREDIBLE!
