Got a the radio and was no programmed and was no working as it should be, got in contact with customer, after many messages back and forward and few days they sent me an email with 2 links to Download program the radio, everything was in Chinese, no English at all, later the keep asking for video of what I see in the screen and they will guide me through, was a horrible experience and lose of my time, I just asked for another radio and an box to sent this one back and they denied , really bad .
