    Guidance offered by this cookbook was invaluable.

    I began the WW program about 2 years ago using this cookbook in paperback. The poor thing is in tatters. There are only a few recipes I didn't care much for, but overall, really a satisfying experience. I have maintained my weight at a great level for months now and I really feel it's because of the WW program. Really happy to have a hard cover version of "my fave cookbook".
