The Promaster 70 mm - 300 mm is a telephoto lens for Canon than can be zoomed in and out in the focal length range of 70 mm - 300 mm. The minimum aperture is f/32 and the maximum aperture ranges between f/4-5.6. Therefore, it is successfully used in cases if low light, clear, and detailed photos are looking to be achieved. The Promaster lens is compatible with digital SLR cameras and it can be operated in automatic focusing mode. Wildlife and sports events are the perfect photography subjects while using the Promaster 70 mm - 300 mm, as it is able to bring distant objects closer. When talking about the construction of the Promaster lens, it consists of 13 elements that have been arranged into 9 groups. This structure is beneficial in regards to issues with image blurring, distortion, and chromatic aberrations. To block UV rays, improve the saturation levels, and reduce glare filters with the diameter, a 62 mm filter could be attached to the telephoto lens. The weight of the Promaster 70 mm - 300 mm is 15 oz.
