Thanks, the shipment was delivered today, and the item's packaging was good. The item is rare and the value justifies its cost. The only way for you to improve would be to offer the buyer the option of sending the item by normal mail; my suggestion is based on my positve experience with POSTE ITALIANE, and on $ 55 AUS that I paid today to customs for this cover. You could offer this option only t;o people with a certain feedback score, & the buyer could do the same, assuming nondelivery risk.

Sending items by 'normal mail' is a risk I am not willing to take. I have learnt that from past experience!
