This purchase was for Nacet razor blades and what I received was the genuine article at a very favorable price. The blades arrived quite intact and well wrapped. The packaging stated that the blades were made by PPI of St Petersburg, as I had hoped. It took the seller 5 days to ship and the blades arrived 3 weeks later after clearing US Customs. I think all that is reasonable, considering the favorable price and shipment from Amman, Jordan. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
