The item arrived in a timely manner. It looks to be in excellent condition. The only problem I have noticed so far is that, the Magnavox VCR/DVD machine does not respond to some of the buttons on the remote. I asked a local TV repairman about this, and he said it is a common problem when you try to use a "universal-style" remote control with an electronic device. If the seller of this item has any input on what I could try to make the remote work more completely with the machine, thank you.
