The coffee maker arrived promptly. When I opened the box, I realised I had purchased the wrong size. I should have purchased the 4 cup rather than the 6 cup. I contacted the seller and arranged to meet at their post office and swap. I was also offered the opportunity to return my purchase by return post. Excellent customer service from the team at Java Gourmet Coffee. Great to deal with.
