Product was delivered to complex, but incorrect complex. Reached out to buyer who shrugged off the situation. Told the buyer that there was tracking and sent a picture, which wasn't even my door. Didn't want to resend product and I didn't want a refund. One of the apartment complex who had my package ended up giving me my package, so I did receive it in the end. But can you imagine if it wasn't a nice neighbor? Will not deal with this buyer again.
