The original order didn't turn up. Seller couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to send out replacements immediately but we decided to give it a couple of days more. Seller then sent replacement 1st class post with some extra inks for goodwill. All e-mails answered quickly, inks work well and the price was right in the first place.
