Thekfp600 food processor appeared gently used and well taken care of and was thoughtfully packaged. Alll parts were included as advertised and clean. Suprsingly fast ship,ent.
I bought this because my old one thT I bought in 1996 lasted almost 20:years. The only part on the old one that failed was the work bowl lid. Too many trips through the dishwasher. I recommend if it goes in the dishwasher aitnzhould be with a no dry setting.

I was disappointed once I received the item. The packaging was not worth the $20 charged. Item was listed as one piece broken. I received the item with four pieces broken off. Seller said it was described as broken. Yes it was, one piece not four. No care was taken to make sure small pieces were protected. Will not buy from this seller.

Reprehensible seller. Listed an item as a "rare collectible," yet shipped it naked, without a box, with a shipping label slapped on it. Told me he did it because I didn't request "special" shipping. Refused to explain how he doesn't understand that the packaging is part of the product (especially for a collectible). Totally rude, inconsiderate, and stubborn. Saddest part is he tried to bribe me with $25, asking me not to leave this negative feedback. Avoid at all costs.
