Quick delivery. The box had been opened as there is a missing cover off the rear of the light that would protect the USB port but not a major problem. I do think it may have been an ex-display unit due to the metal mount it was attached to in the box. I am still more than happy with the purchase, description could have been better. I would purchase from this seller again.

I bought Z FOLD 4 . It was exactly as described and the seller had very good communication. the seller has fast dispatch ( Next Day delivery ) we ran into an issue where the tracking number which was provided by the seller was wrong which delayed the Delivery but it was okay, I accept Human Error up to a certain limit. the seller was very collabrative and assistive in solving this issue which is apprercated

Lengthy delays by chosen courier meant item missed its delivery date by a week.
Whilst the delay isnt due to the seller, their lack of interest to assist was poor. The item arrived in tact, securely wrapped.
