The seller emailed before sending because she discovered a crack. She cut the price in half if I wanted to take it as is. She took picturers of the crack. I asked her to check the lights and they work. So I said, send it. She did a great job packing it but the crack didn't make it. The package came with dirt on one side like it fell. I now have 2 pieces - House and tree (tree doesn't light now. The seller was very nice and I am going to work on the broken edges. I still love the House.
