notified me of the product packaging defect once i had placed the order and seller wasn’t willing to reduce price. wasn’t worth the hassle to cancel and rebid so i completed the order. would have preferred the condition to be advertised accurately - hence the negative review. Item was new with packaging defects - not great for a gift, which was my intention.
