My 2nd purchase from Green Gadgets, now my last. The Macbook was listed as "Excellent - Refurbished" but was far from resembling that with clear signs of wear and tear.
I returned item but 5 days after delivery and no refund I contacted seller numerous times and each time promises were made to investigate but nothing was done nor any followup messages.
After 2 weeks of being messed around I escalated issue with ebay to get my refund as Green Gadgets still had not refunded. BUYER BEWARE!

I have been purchasing from you a long time, never have I been disappointed until this purchase. Paid for excellent condition I received a device worthy of being called second hand or pre owned. Water marks everywhere on back of case, scratch marks as well. Offered me $20 partial refund...an insult. Sadly will not be doing business with you guys again. I'm unsure why this has happened, but somtimes it's plain courtesy to deal with loyal customers a better way than offering $20.
