    Stone of Tears

    I have a fairly long ride to work each day and enjoy listening to a book on the CD player because I don't seem to find time to read anymore and it makes the ride go by faster. I really enjoyed listening to the Wizard's First Rule and was pleased to find there were many more books in the series. I am finding this second book in the series to be as good as the first. Jim Bond does an excellent job of reading the book and is very easy to listen to. I would not try this book without reading Wizard's First Rule first. It is fantasy, but not so way out that it is hard to follow.

    Stone of Tears

    What a book! Glad I bought it. I got hooked on the series when I bought Temple of the Wind. I knew then I would have to buy the rest of the series. Each book can stand on its own or even better start at the begining. Richard sure has a time of it in this book. Kalin leads an army and is very inventive when it comes to stratagy, to say more would spoil the book.
