Unable to upload required photograph of single lipstick - despite trying repeatedly. Result - seller unaware of situation. Grateful if this could be rectified.

Good prices & fast postage, however it arrived in Australia in a smashed jar. Very poorly packaged and was ruined on arrival. AusPost sent me the damaged item to see how it was poorly packaged. I requested refund but so far I have not had any reply from seller. A paypal refund request will be sent.
