    Fine replacemet in all respects for our needs.

    We purchased brush to replace our 20 year old almost bristleless chimney brush. Product of excellent quality and best price I've found. One problem though - the 1/4" thread (Canadian metric) is not the same as US 1/4" thread, we were not totally surprised. Solution, simple - my husband carefully jammed the first pole into brush portal and problem solved. Item will have to be stored without removing first pole, not a problem. We look forward to many safe home fires over the coming years. Thank you.
