This seller represents what eBay is all about. I received the item very well wrapped and protected, and very fast (within 2 full days of ordering!).
Unfortunately, something must have happened during transit. The unit turned on, but the tray didn’t recognize the disc, and wouldn’t play a cd.
I reached out to the customer to let him know, and began the return process. The communication was fast and polite, and we were able to resolve the issue really quickly.

The product is exactly as described; in excellent condition. The shipping was timely and safely packed. The cost of shipping was high but seems like most on eBay take advantage of over charging shipping so they don’t have to refund as much if returned.
