We received the wrong item and wrote to the seller who had to retrieve the correct item. It was sent to us and we returned the incorrect item. I had to ask for a refund to cover return shipping. We didn’t get it the refund as expected as had to ask again to receive it. The seller did finally make things right but only after being prompted by me.
